Once we've processed your order, and depending on what you've ordered, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have, discuss site preparation and installation, etc.
We will then assign a provisioner, who will work with you through the implementation process. During implementation, the quantities of items may change. This often happens, and we will work with you to keep track of changes and any effect they may have on costs.
Also during implementation, we may ask you to provide additional information, especially if you are moving phone numbers from your current provider to Appia. Your provisioner will provide what you need.
