Many organizations, such as schools, hospitals, and medical clinics, have large numbers of phones that are used infrequently. For example, schools have phones in classrooms and medical practices have phones in exam rooms, but calls are rarely made or received by these phones. Moving to the Cloud is costly under typical service provider pricing.
Our ConcurrentCall solution addresses this issue. You may have up to Common Area, Basic, or Desktop phones per concurrent call. The price per phone is therefore much lower than it would be on a per-seat basis.
- Common Area is for break rooms and reception areas. For extension-to-extension dialing only.
- Basic is for conference rooms, classrooms, exam rooms, visitors, and some staff. Includes outbound calling but no voicemail.
- Desktop includes voicemail and CommPortal. CommPortal enables call management, click to dial, and other time-savers.
The service also includes one local number with 911, directory listing, and Caller Name and one Advanced Auto-Attendant, which includes multiple layers of messaging:
